VA Names Aquia Nava II LLC Awardee for Potential $2.4B “SPRUCE” IT Modernization IDIQ

MILLSBORO, Del., October 2, 2024 -- Aquia Inc., a cloud and cybersecurity digital services firm, today announced the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) named Aquia Nava II LLC — a joint venture between Aquia Inc. and Nava Public Benefit Corporation — an awardee under the Secure, Performant, Reliable, and User-Centered Experiences (SPRUCE) vehicle. 

The five-year agency-wide indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle will have a total ordering ceiling of $2.4 billion. The SPRUCE vehicle aims to provide a platform for the VA to acquire high-quality digital products and services to support modernization efforts in line with the VA Office of Information Technology (OIT) principles.
